Published Antonio José’s scores

Leonardo Lospalluti’s latest works on manuscript analysis, revision and fingering of two important works of the guitar repertoire of the 20th century have been just published by Sinfonica -Jazz of Brugherio (Italy): the famous “Sonata para guitarra” of 1933 and the “Romancillo Infantil”, both pieces by Antonio José Martinez Palacios (1902-1936), this little-known last work, by the great Spanish composer, wrongly considered minor. The transcription for two guitars of “Romancillo” was developed in collaboration with italian guitarist Umberto Cafagna.

This concludes in an exciting way Leonardo Lospalluti’s study of Antonio José’s works, an adventure that began with the publication of the CD entitled “Romancillo”, published by the prestigious label Stradivarius in March 2023.
